Novare Twin Palms

Novare Twin Palms, previously known as the Twin Palms Shopping Mall, was an existing centre acquired by Novare Real Estate Africa in 2017. The Group’s subsequent investment in the centre and the development of a second phase, have significantly enhanced and extended the project.

Phase two of the development added approximately 7 000m2 to Novare Twin Palms, which measures 12 000m2 in extent. It is a premier shopping mall situated in Lusaka’s Salama Park – a bustling hub that offers visitors a wide variety of shops and restaurants, and home to a wide range of well-known African and international brands.

Woolworths is the anchor tenant in the second phase, which also hosts FunWorld, the popular play centre for children. Africa’s retail giant, Shoprite, is the anchor tenant in phase one.
